Big Dipper - Geauga Lake

Front seat POV (including 1/2 ramp up) from "The Big Dipper" at Geauga Lake Park - 09/10/2006. One of my favorite "woodies" - built in 1925 this ride still impresses (You actually have to ride her to know her). BTW: My brother screaming "Hi Turtle Beach" is in reference to an area of the park that previously housed the children's water park, that area has been relocated across the park and the "Turtle Beach" area (currently blocked off) is likely to be raized in the coming season(s). This is my first POV so I welcome your feedback.

Why wouldn't you. mMst older coasters safer that newer coasters. And the BD was were well built.

I don't know why, but wooden rides just don't amuse me as much anymore. I love them though. They just don't thrill me as much as metal ones.
