Cedar Fair is fuckin Garbage as a company. I give Cedar Point as a park credit for being a good amusement park, but its the Executives at Cedar Fair LLC who Ruined Geauga Lake. I grew here as a kid since i was fuckin 4 yrs old and worked their as a lifeguard as well. FUck Cedar Fair. Im gona Kill the president of Cedar Fair Park and if he has kids, im gona Bludgen them and rape his daughter

I was just wondering this myself. I've noticed Carowinds going WAY downhill! I'm from both SC and OH. I went to Geauga Lake, SeaWorld, Cedar Point, and Carowinds as a kid (and I'm no youngster)! I have personally seen how Carowinds is REALLY bombing! I had such a horrible time there just 3 years ago, that we never went back.

it does suck, but look at it this way, if the park that's 20 minutes from my house were to close, the closest thing i would have is 8 hours away. but then again i prob shouldn't talk cause yours IS gone :(

I didnt say it was crap,thats what Cedar Fair probably thought.I really loved that park,but then they closed it and Im starting to obsess over Kings Island.

Geauga Lake wasn't crap it was fun only they really should have added new rides more years.

Its ok.They think KD is a money maker and GL was just a piece of crap,which it wasnt.When they bought Paramount parks in 2006,I think they purposely closed Geauga Lake so their "Money Making" parks could benifit off its rides.
