Greezed Lightnin' at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. It originally opened in 1976 at Six Flags Great America as Tidal Wave. In 1991 it closed and re-opened 4 years later as Viper at Six Flags Over Georgia. In 2002 it was removed and sent to Kentucky Kingdom and named after its cousin that used to be at Astroworld.

No, this is one of the 2 Tidal Waves that ran at the Great America parks. This one is from Gurnee IL, & also ran in Atlanta before coming here. The Astroworld ride ran until 2005 & is in storage at Joyland in Texas. Hope it runs again!

I love this damn thing. It has almost no line for about 3 hours after opening. You can get in the front so easy. Fun as hell too.
