i came back from japan in 2005 to vancouver and saw a massive bubbleanyone i shared this with looked at me like i am mad(okay so i am but that's besides the point)i knew the story of japan's bubble where people like mitusbishi engineers bought at the top of the market then lost their jobs and their homes'many finding themselves homelessbut here in vancouver when i broach the subjectthe answer is always the same'i'm optimistic!"
