WATCH ON MY CHANNEL WHERE AUDIO WORKS!!!! I couldn't put my intro into this one because I made it on another computer that didn't have it. Well here's the park I was about to go to this year, but now I can't, Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. They were rejecting a loan or something, but then they went bankrupt, and the park closed. If you alreadybought a pass they said they will give a 100% refund for the passes. They also said that NO other Six Flags parks will be affected by the closing of Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. They haven't decided where or what to do with rides yet, but as you already know Chang is being moved to Six Flags Great America. People don't understand Six Flags is FORCED to do this stuff! If you had a business what would you do let the WHOLE business shut down or shut down a park? I understand it is sad to have a park near you shut down but be greatul it is still standing Six Flags could of demolished it and gave benefit to other parks.

Holiday world in Indiana was looking into buying...if that was case it would be better and cleaner than before.

@davelounder Oh YEAH they are! Perfect example... Here in Texas, @ Six Flags Over Texas (the 1st and original SIX FLAGS) there was a wonderful dark ride called the Spelunker Cave. It was an original ride, put in during the 60s, and people LOVED it, all the way till they pulled it out and put in some COMMERCIALIZED Bugs Bunny Gold River thing! Even with people protesting the change they still did it. After the newness wore off, nobody will ride it but everyone would still ride the original.

@kaboda317 But the Girl's parents sued Kentucky Kingdom so they went backrupt so THAT'S why it closed I think. yeah, if the people didn't sue them-Kentucky kingdom would still be in Kentucky! =] Lol

Also, a girl's feet were severed on the superman tower of power, and it was a horiffic accident. Maybe that's another reason they closed-but that accident happened in '08.

kentucky kingdom not opening next year wow that sucks so bad i hate six flags for closing it. it be open in 2013 maybe they say :( |
