The Voyage at Holiday World, Santa Claus Indiana - June 2010

As an attendee at their coaster event "Holiwood Nights", theme park enthusiasts were allowed back to where the coaster ran deep in the woods. I apologize for the unsteady cam but I am using Nikon DSLR that is big and bulky with no auto-focus in movie mode. The Voyage is a top hybrid-woodie that really bangs the rider around, but still gives a world class ride like no other. In the near future, new Timberliner trains by The Gravity Group will be installed to tame this ride and make it more enjoyable for the average rider. I hope everyone enjoys the video and the music. The new Timberliner trains for The Voyage will not be delivered to them in time for pre-opening testing this spring. Unfortunately, that means we will have to wait until the fall for testing. It is they're intent to fully test the new trains and have them on the track for the 2013 season. :)

Thanks. This gives a great perspective of the layout. POV is great, but the coaster itself tends to be a fascinating structure, and you've captured that very well. I've never ridden this, but it must be one of those I've-gotta-ride-that-again things. Well done.

i live in indiana and went on the voyage i didnt cry but i was in shock when i caame off lol ive also went on the raven and the legen both awesome and cool, but seriousley the voyage is extreme!!:) |
