Engineer and coaster designer Mike Graham was planning to attend the East Coaster meeting of the American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE) last Saturday, but the crazy winter weather closed the airports! So he put together this little video for those who made the trek to Allentown. And now you can see it, too. The first Timberliner trains will be on The Voyage this summer at Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana! http://holidayworld.com

I rode The Voyage last week & I think that I lost my spine on turn 4! Luckily they found it for me & I'm ok, buuuut I hope these will prevent it from happening again :P

It kinda looks like you could touch the track when your sitting in the seat.

@HorrorReviews123 The plan right now is to see how the new trains do on Voyage...no other plans are in place.

So will they only be operating on the Voyage or will they be added to the Raven as well. I'm fine with them being added to the Voyage as I think it will improve the experience but adding them to the Raven would kill the traditional fell of it.

those lapbars look kinda shady for the bigger ppl, for skinny and kids looks fine cause they go all the way, i wouldnt feel as safe as with the traditional lapbars, we'll see come june :-) either way they do look awesome

you asked me a few months ago what i thought was "wrong" 1. "perfectly shaped lap bar " on a wooden rollercoaster thats the LAST thing i want .. 2. "seat suspension, so that you feel like a dune buggy rather than a go kart" that kinda kills the concept of traditional wooden coaster for me. HOWEVER, that said, i understand that a wood snob like me is NOT the target market for these so i must acknowledge that they are indeed a marvel..

Have you tested these on what I think is called a gyro-shpere? Because I'm still a bit concerned about what people were saying about laterals in this thing being painful.

Those don't look very roomy. What about us heavier ppl? |
