Amusement Park Owner Says Coaster Doesn't Need Permit
The owner of Adventure Park USA, Larry Stottlemyer, made the comments in a statement released Tuesday by a public relations firm.
County officials said last month that the construction was illegal. The county says the coaster wasn't on the site plan for the park and the construction is being done without a permit. more…
